"Old established hotel with a family mart located just beside. There are 2 flight of stairs before reaching the entrance of the hotel. Parking lot is located diagonally the hotel with no fee charged for hotel guests. However, most of the city area has free parking. Hotel is about 7mins drive from Shimabara port. Overall, an average stay for us. "

"Great views. Air conditioned rooms even in November which was amazing. Could actually sleep at night without getting too hot. Close to the port and to the local train line. All around great stay. Restaurant has delicious set meals too!"

"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"The hotel is in a good location, right in the city and clean. Breakfast was actually really good (I had the Japanese breakast). (I would have rated the hotel higher but the walls were thin so you could always hear your neighbors.)"
