My stay at The Leela was exceptional. My wife and I were spending a 3 night stay. It was my wife's birthday. Special thanks to Tithi and Subhashree who went out of their way to look after us in terms of organizing a cake and some special moments for us. They are truly genuine customer service providers and I would like to thank them for such an exceptional experience. I would love to be back and stay there again. Hope this feedback reaches to both of them.

The staff and the facilities within the hotel is wonderful. There is a lot of construction surrounding the hotel which is difficult to navigate at times.

Great experience with attentive staff. Highly recommended!

By and large, however, it was the fantastic service we received that we will remember. Checking in was seamless at the front desk. The restaurant staff were...
