"The hotel is a true 5-star property with outstanding rooms and service. The restaurant is excellent though an expensive option if staying more than 1 night. The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. All in all, one not to miss, particularly if you can find a good deal on the room rate."

I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "If you are looking for a place to stay that feels like it's in the center of everything, this is not that place. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air. It is run by a couple who are the loveliest people. The rooms are simple, yet comfy and have a balcony. The bar and the restaurant are fantastic and they give you more food than you could possibly eat. "
