We had a great stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel. Great location looking up at the ski slopes, the rooms were beautifully decorated and well provisioned and the design touches throughout the hotel were a perfect mix of contemporary and traditional Austrian. The breakfast selection was fantastic and dinner in the restaurant was a beautiful experience with great service from Franz. Wow! This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. Jan, on reception was very helpful with directions and travel advice. He spoke fluent English and helped me with the nuances of Graz public transport.

The staff very helpful. Position perfect. Just a short walk from the central rail station. Short walk to all the old town.
