Could not have asked for better front desk service

Well decorated hotel with lovely people on reception and bar. Spacious room with king bed but like most European hotels in this area - firm bed, non fluffy towels and eco-tough toilet paper. Recommend they sell one of the paintings in the room and buy a mini fridge as it is good to be able to have cold water and store your seasonal fruit in for your travels. No kettle - luckily I had brought my own as well as tea bags as Europe often doesn’t supply. Therefore requested some ice from the bar for...

We loved this hotel - it was close to everything - shops, dining, places of interests etc. Reception staff were lovely, friendly, polite and efficient. The hotel was clean and amenities and bed were comfortable. The gym was great. Parking was next door at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz.

This hotel is about one kilometre walk to Old Town. It is clean and modern. The breakfast is continental but very satisfying.

I enjoyed my stay, the location was in walking distance to the city centre and transport. Just minor things like the shampoo and handwash bottles were practically empty, and the air-conditioner had clean filter warning. When i mentioned this to her she said all the rooms have that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Convenient hotel to station and bus stop, only a five minute walk from both, lots of food options around the station. Easy quick check in. Room clean and compact. Good wifi.
