Clean room and perfect for my needs as a solo traveler! This place checked all my boxes: perfect amount of space, a table area for me to work, safe, walkable , great WiFi for work calls, and quiet. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great Aparthotel - Recommended.

Very good aparthotel, one of the best I have visited. Accomodation organised well, good bathroom. Internet excellent. Problems fixed by on-site staff. Location great for central Graz. Weather mixed, but not the apartment's fault! I would certainly stay again if the location suited.

NO AC !! The room is advertised as having AC, but on the day of check-in I was informed that it was not working. I was asked to turn the AC off immediately, and was told that someone would come the next day to make sure it was switched off. I did so, and unfortunately had no AC during my entire 3-night stay, despite temperatures of 38–39°C outside. I was told they were “working on it,” but I didn’t receive any further updates during my stay about whether it had been fixed. I stayed in room on the 2nd floor, courtyard-facing, with no balcony. The window was less than a meter from another room’s balcony, so conversations could be heard quite easily. With no AC, many guests understandably kept their doors and windows open, which also meant more noise from surrounding rooms. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind, particularly during hot weather. On the positive side, check-in was easy, the room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the coffee machine with several pods, as well as the tea and water boiler. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the city center and restaurants. I also noticed a laundry room, although I didn’t use it. Overall, there were many things I enjoyed about the stay, especially the cleanliness, comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, and fantastic location. The only downside was the lack of AC during a very hot stay, which also contributed to the noise.

Easy check in. Liked the securiry of entry and room using code. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen space wuth full.size fridge. Hob for cooking and all the required utensils available. Have now realised that Limehome have accommodation in various cities. Will definitely check them out again.

Although the place is very nice and probably still undergoing renovations, I think there are several aspects that could be improved. We had a relatively uncomfortable stay due to a musty smell that had permeated the unit we were assigned. Although we notified management of this upon checking in , they simply provided some mini air fresheners that were completely ineffective at controlling the problem. Unfortunately, we were so focused on the F1 event we were attending over the weekend that we didn’t have the energy to deal with the venue’s terrible service. When we arrived, there wasn’t a single bottle of water on the premises; the amenities are either basic or non existent.

Great location

I enjoyed my stay, the location was in walking distance to the city centre and transport. Just minor things like the shampoo and handwash bottles were practically empty, and the air-conditioner had clean filter warning. When i mentioned this to her she said all the rooms have that. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, da in einer Gasse ohne Autoverkehr. Mein Zimmer war eher klein mit etwas spartanischer Einrichtung( wohl weil als Einzelreisende gemeldet), aber für Kurzaufenthalt von 2 Nächten ok). Das Bett war groß und bequem, ein zweites Kissen hätte nicht geschadet, könnte man aber wohl bekommen. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Für Kurzaufenthalt komme ich gerne wieder.

Sauber, zentrumsnah und unkompliziert – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die zentrale Lage ist super. In 5 min mitten in der Stadt. Eine Ablage im Bad fehlte zwar, dafür war in der Küche an alles gedacht. Für einen Städtetrip absolut zu empfehlen.
