"The Hotel Lanai was in a great location, with multiple shops, stores, and eateries within walking distance, so I didn't need a car.
I reached out to a cab service and we did a around the island relaxing drive.
My room was great, everything worked.
I truly enjoyed myself and plan to go back soon."

Excellent place to stay. I had a premium room with an outdoor sitting area and I was even able to watch whales right from my room. The staff were wonderful and the room was spotless.

This property has such a beautiful calm and traditional setting. The view from the ocean view room was incredible. The brewery had fantastic meals although the staff seemed under trained. The grounds are very well kept- perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean and modernised but the accommodation buildings are older motel style.
We had a wonderful stay and would return.

property was excellent - rooms lovely and spacious plus spotlessly clean - staff were friendly and most helpful in every way. Pool area lovely and spacious, with large area - good for family with children. Tiki bar was great and staff excellent. Wonderful restful place - our only wish even though grocery shop was on the grounds, was breakfast area could of been situated within the residence however, walked to Hyatt Hotel next door for buffet breakfast each morning where we found Staff...

It was a great location, facilities spotless with daily room service ,Staff friendly and helpful.and the grounds lovely .They had two pools .One in a quieter part of resort where you could get away from things, and one near the beach and restaurant both with lovely hot spas which were as good as anywhere we have been .Had a small shop on the grounds but free shuttle bus was available frequently to...

We loved the location and the gardens around the property. Excellent for watching the sun go down and lovely bar and swimming facilities. The room was great so comfortable and well set up kitchen as well as washing and drying facilities. Lots of restaurants and foot trucks just beside and opposite the hotel so not a problem to get a tasty dinner. We would love to come back one day soon. Thanks

We travelled with our 4 young children and the facilities were great. It had three large pools to choose from and had easy access to the beach where we had great snorkeling available with lots of fish, coral and even turtles!! It had pool bars, restaurants and a free shuttle into the little town. Initially when we arrived we were placed in a room looking into the carpark which upset me as I had paid for an ocean view, but the staff quickly changed us when I expressed my disappointment! I would...
