It is worth the trip to see and learn about history of kalgoorlie. The tours of the super pit and flying doctors was great. The museum well worth it. Glad we have done it.

Bit of a ghost town. At least half of the businesses have closed! No tourist activities on a Sunday? Would have loved to do the Tram. We have been here often but not recently. Amazed that so much has closed down! Not enough tourism!

The old buildings are gorgeous and create a great atmosphere, however be aware access upstairs in most hotels is by magnificent stairways. The turf club is to be congratulated on the organisation of the Cup Round as well as the facilities provided.
