Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. "We had a really nice stay in this hotel. We had the room with a view on the sea. By far their best room and the appartment was clean. Zanneta made sure we had a nice stay at her place even though she does not speak english very well. Her son is there to help her out on the phone if she can't speak directly with you. "Sundunes was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—super close to tons of restaurants, beach clubs, and just a quick drive to town. The property was quiet, clean, and relaxing.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The rooftop restaurant? Hands down some of the best food I had the whole trip—plus the views were unreal.

"Most relaxing stay at the quiet end of Plaka. Well run hotel. The most beautiful beach for swimmers! We were fine here for three nights without a car. The bus runs from the port and stops right in front of the hotel. Multiple places to rent sunbeds on the beach and tavernas within walking distance. "

"Amazing property. The remote location to us was a benefit as we wanted peace and quiet which is what we received. Yes you need a car, but driving around the island to find different beaches and restaurants was a bonus. The staff was warm and welcoming. The property was perfectly clean and our room was beautiful.
