"This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is pretty, modern, clean, and comfortable. It is noticeably well-maintained. The pool area is great and our room was extremely nice. However it was the staff who made the experience what it was. Every single person was friendly, attentive, helpful, and professional. They really went above and beyond to make sure anything we needed was available. We will 100% be back to stay again, not just for the hotel but because of the amazing people who work here. Six stars out of five - you won’t regret choosing them. "

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was ongoing construction throughout the property, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient—especially when traveling with a disabled person. The entire place was filled with dust from the construction, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. This hotel should not be accepting guests while in this condition. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
