We loved the amazing views from this hotel. Looking over the rooftops to the huge rock formations of the Kalambaka monastery area, lit at night. Two monastery’s in view from our balcony. Building is older, clean but rooms uncomfortably small and bed needs replacing.

Great location and view from our room. AC worked great. Breakfast was not included and cost 7E per person -- not worth the money for what you got. The room safe was broken and the fridge was not very cold or clean. Pool was OK but no service provided there. Pool bar was not operational :(. The property needs a good upgrade.

Adventure Motorcycling solo has its rewards
My time at Edelweiss Hotel was wonderful. The receptionists were excellent . They knew what their job was and performed professionally, politely, and with good knowledge! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and travelers. Fantastic place and the price was excellent! Hotel.com , my hat is off to you. Thanks

LOCATION IN THE CITY CENTER. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. THE STAFF VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT BECAUSE HE TOLD ME TO GO OUSIDE THE POOL BECAUSE I HAD A LONG SLEEVE BATHING SUITE FOR MEN AND HE DID NOT RECOGNISE THIS ONE.THE WORST IS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SIGN ADVISING THE FORBIDDEN USE FOR THIS CLOTHES.

We received a large, comfortable room. The curtain in the shower is a little problematic but beyond that a quality hotel. Good breakfast, close parking, close to the town's main road and therefore close to the evening's attractions. In conclusion, a good hotel and good value for money.

Convenient hotel
Conveniently located in town, with nice amenities, the pool and free parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room had a beautiful view of Meteora. The breakfast was good, but it’s a busy hotel in August, so rather congested. Would certainly recommend this place.

The pool makes this hotel!
Lovely views. Great location. The pool was amazing, however, the stairs are a little scary and there are warnings on the way up but not on the way down. Notes needed to be posted for the way down as well.

The best view EVER!
If you have a room that faces the Meteora, congratulations, you get a World Heritage Site panorama at your balcony! Otherwise the room is functional if small.

Reasonably priced hotel with large bar and reception area. Rooms on top floor have large terraces with views of mts. Staff very helpful. Decor dated but excellent value as a stop over to visit Meteora. 5 min walk from train station and plenty of bars and shops and restaurants nearby. On a busy square where lots eat drink outside until late

Very good central deal for the price.
Was the best price on offer in the town. Convenient location. Elevator a big plus. Very big pleasant lobby. Room OK. Big shower. Breakfast is poor. Better get the morning coffee in a near by coffee place.

Well located near the train station
Hotel is adequate for short stay. Well located with restaurants, cafes and bars just outside the streets of the hotel, train station within walking distance. Nice view with the Rocks in background.

More like a low-cost hostel...
Cheap price - cheap quality. The room is barely big enough for 1 person. Definitely too small for 2 adults. Everything in the room (literally everything from bed, table, door, closet, water sink, bathroom) is old and dirty. Breakfast is the bare minimum. Only two good things: the view from the balcony is decent. There is free parking lot near by.

Best aspect is the view.
Hotel room was extremely tiny (barely adequate for a single and way too small for a couple), but the balcony and spectacular view of the rock mountains more than made up for the room's inadequate size. Nice adjacent pool for cooling off after a day of trekking up to the amazing monasteries. The included breakfast was quite blah, but overall the hotel was decent value for money. The WIFI was reliable but the satellite TV kept shutting off. If you book this hotel, it is essential to get a room with a view. Otherwise, not worth a stay.

Last chance cheaper hotel. No hostel.
I only stayed here for one night (50 Euro) on Saturday. It is just around the corner of where many cafes, taverns and pub are. Mikel Coffee is nice. It is slightly noisier compared to the upper area of Kalambaka. Sleep was good, bed was okay, blanket was warm enough. Heater and aircond works very well. Overall interior is backdated. The toilet/bathroom is still usable but needs new shower head. Towels and shower gel are provided. The floor is tiled. So it's very cold on the feet during this season. Need slippers for that. Television receiver is poor in signal. Very fuzzy pictures. There is a balcony outside. My view was the mountain. I checked out at 12 noon but my train was 5.30pm. So the reception allowed me to leave my belongings in their lobby. But I only leave my belongings that only contains clothes and shoes. There is a massage chair that charges at 1 Euro for three minutes. Tried it out just to pass time.

Great location!
Out stay was amazing at this hotel! We took the bus to Kalambaka and could find the hotel within a few minutes as the hotel is super close to everything. The main street of the town is on one side and the views of the mountain on the other. (Great views) We joined a half day tour to go up to the monasteries/Meteora and they also let us have late check out which was great :)

Un'ottima soluzione per dormire a Kalambaka
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo; stanza in ordine; ho addirittura provato la piscina (25 ottobre) posizione ottima vicino alla strada principale di Kalambaka. Visuale sulle Meteoras dal balcone. Posteggio interno per le moto ed auto

Otelin kendine ait bir otoparki olmasi ve kamerayla izlenmesi motor ile seyehat edenler için çok guzeldi. Ayni zamanda otel cok merkezi bir konumdaydi. Bu asamaya kadar fikirlerimiz çok olumluydu taki odaya girene kadar kalmis oldugumuz odanin balkon kapisi kapanmiyordu bu nedenle çevredeki tavernaların sesi sabaha kadar hiç dinmedi. Yatmis oldugumuz yatak kırıktı ve çok rahatsızdı.

Et hotell med flott utsikt.
Et enkelt hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Flott utsikt mot Meteorer. Rommet var veldig enkelt, i minimalistisk still, ikke særlig koselig. Rommet hadde en veldig stor terrasse, på ca. 40 kvadratmeter som vi egentlig ikke hadde stor behov for. Sengen, sengetøy og håndkleet var bra. Toalettartikler var inkludert. Det som var viktig for oss at det var rent og klimaanlegg fungerte bra. Internett virket perfekt. Det var mye støy fra sentral gate allerede tidlig på morgenen, men siden vi skulle stå opp veldig tidlig, var det ikke problemet. Vi fikk veldig bra hjelp i resepsjonen, personal var serviceinnstilt og flinke med engelsk/ andre språk. Vi var på hotellet en natt og var fornøyde med oppholdet

Je suis extrêmement déçue de cet hôtel car la piscine était fermé et les explications étaient très sommaire. Nous avions choisi cet établissement car dans le descriptif il était bien précisé qu'il y avait une piscine. Nous y allions justement pour avoir un lieu de rafraichissement pendant la canicule. L’hôtel nous a proposé d'aller dans une autre piscine mais à nos frais. J'ai sollicité de l'aide à Hotel.Com je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse. J'aurai aimé que l'hotel ou hotel.com me propose un dédommagement.
