Positiv: Das Hotel befindet sich zentral im Stadtzentrum und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Negativ: Das eigentlich gebuchte Hotel war geschlossen. Stattdessen wurden wir im „Mainalon“-Hotel untergebracht. Eine Vorabinformation erhielten wir nicht, weil das Hotel uns angeblich nicht erreichen konnte.

Don't take this one

Check the working hour of Tripoli before you take this place, their normal is not international. For this hotel, you cannot control the room temperature nor decide to have cold or warm air inside the room. You have to call the front desk to ajust for you, the setting is annoying, to both customers and staffs. We stayed 2 nights. My experience was with room 102 and 202. The washroom for 102 was smelly so we asked for room changing, because you smell it even with the bathroom door closed. And the room design make your head lay right next to the restroom door. They said they have no room for that day and would do it next day. So, we stayed 102 for a night with cold air conditioning. For the 2nd day we moved to 202, they could not ajust the air conditioning to cold air, tjey even cannot switch it off. The hot air keep coming out even we opened the window. But they refused to change room for us, it was so dry and hot that it took only 10 mins to dry out my face mask which supposed to be on my face for 20 mins.

Value for money.

Value for money - very close to main square -desk recommended excellent restaurant. Air conditioning on light side and shower head did not stay up. Good selection at breakfast which was included. Need to find parking but not too bad.

My stay was great

My stay was great but the bathroom had a bad odour every time I walked in there. Customer service was excellent and breakfast buffet cannot complain. I would recommend for anyone to stay. Other than odour in bathroom, all good. I did mention this to reception.

Douche dans un état déplorable (j'ai pris des photos), personnel non accueillant. Restaurant fermé en-dehors du petit déjeuner, alors que leur site internet le dit ouvert jusqu'à 23h. Mauvaise isolation phonique, la carte numerique pour ouvrir la porte devait être passée une quinzaine de fois avant de fonctionner... Je suis atterrée d'un tel hôtel quand on voit les prestations indiquées et les prix !!!

Το ξενοδοχείο αποτελεί μία συμπαθή και αξιοπρεπή διαμονή. Φαίνεται ότι έχει γίνει ανακαίνιση αλλά σαν κάτι ακόμα να του λείπει. Γενικά ήταν καθαρό, το αρνητικό ήταν στο μπάνιο που κάποια πλακάκια στην ντουζιέρα και στο πάτωμα ήταν ψιλοσπασμένα. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό περίμενα ότι θα περιλάμβανε τα πολύ πολύ βασικά, αντ' αυτού με εξέπληξε ευχάριστα με την ποικιλία που προσέφερε.

Παραμένει μία τίμια επιλογή εάν η τιμή του δεν ξεφεύγει πάνω από τα 50 ευρώ. Το μεγάλο του ατού είναι το προσωπικό του. Χαμογελαστό και ευγενικό που σε κερδίζει αμέσως. Το πρωινό του έχει αναβαθμιστεί και ο espresso καφές του επίσης. Το πρόβλημα της στάθμευσης παραμένει αλλά είναι ένα γενικό κακό της πόλης.. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι βολικό για να περπατήσεις στην πόλη και να κάνεις τις δουλειές σου. Οι χώροι είναι ανακαινισμένοι ευχάριστα όπως και τα δωμάτια.

Great Stay in Tripoli

The Arcadia Hotel is a well located hotel in one of the main squares in Tripoli. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, good coffee shop next door. Friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk. The breakfast buffet offered as part of the room rate is excellent. No complaints about this hotel - very good.

Agréable et design

Il n'y a que 3 places de parking devant. Il faut arriver tôt. L'hôtel est décoré de façon très moderne et c'est très agréable. Le petit dej est très copieux.

Central hotel at a reasonable price

Most things about the Arcadia Hotel were great. It was in a great location. Staff were excellent. The only thing that we didn't like was the shag pile carpet that is not healthy and very outdated. The air-conditioning also needs upgrading as it is ineffective in hot weather and noisy.

good hotel in city

the hotel was in centre square-smooth check in and nice room. Only issue was the lack of water pressure one day which was fixed.
