"The complimenyary afternoon tea was lovely, I wish they did an alcohol-free option so we could try more of it! The staff are very nice and facilities were good, happy woth the location too. We were travelling by train, I think we would stay nearer to hakata station next time. "

"A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station. "

"Service is good. Room is clean, although somewhat aged. But the breakfast is unbeatable! I head the lunch dinner are also good but I did not try. Overall 4.5/5"
"Everything was terrific! The staff were so pleasant, very attentive, and helpful. The elevators were fabulous- no waiting more than 15 seconds!!! Our room was spacious, had very comfortable beds, nice sized tv, large bathroom w/ powerful shower. We had robes and pajamas provided. They also cleaned up the room daily if we wanted. The amenities in the bathroom were so generous from hair ties to razor sets to all kinds of face oil and emulsion packets. We had a beautiful view of Hakata Tower and could see all the way to the ocean. Also the location was perfect with the subway a few steps away under the hotel. There was shopping and eating right outside and so much more all down the streets. We spent 10 days here and can’t wait to return!!!"
"We had a great stay. I particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff.
I would especially like to call out the lady taking up concierge duty the afternoon of November 15th. When asked whether she could give us advice on where to find a place to buy bubble warp to protect the kyudo yumi I was taking back with me to Europe the next day, she offered that we could use some the hotel had in stock. That was a very generous gesture."
