"1-Star Review: Absolute Nightmare — False Advertising, Broken Amenities, and Rude Management I checked in on Friday, May 8, 2026, after booking through Expedia, and immediately wanted to leave. The property felt unsafe and poorly maintained from the moment I arrived. Multiple advertised amenities were broken or unusable, and the overall condition of the hotel was nothing like the photos online. I contacted Expedia right away. They even spoke directly with the hotel, but I was still unable to get a refund. I left almost immediately after checking in. On Mother’s Day, I returned with my son just to drop off the key. The owner was present and extremely rude and dismissive. When I complained about the condition of the property, he snapped at me: “YOU NEED TO READ ALL THE DETAILS ONLINE.” The hotel advertises: a “comfortable stay” hospitality and convenience continental breakfast vending machines laundry facilities a pool and jacuzzi area with lounge chairs prominently shown in photos The reality was completely different. The vending machine was old, damaged, and broken. Both the washer and dryer were out of order. The pool and jacuzzi have reportedly been shut down since 2022 due to health concerns and dirty water, yet they are still heavily featured in the property photos and amenities listings as if available. When I asked about the broken facilities, the owner casually responded that “machines break.” This goes far beyond normal maintenance issues. The advertising is misleadin"

"Room had dirty sheets with hair on it. Staff wanted to argue about missing remote and empty hand soap. Air conditioning was terrible and poor quality. Pool was closed and it was green. Entrance and exits to hotel needed to be replaced as you exit it would scrape the underside of your car. Pictures are not as advertised. I’ve seen Motel 6’s nicer than this. "

"The floor was very dirty. It had not been mopped in a long time. The baseboards were dirty. There was hair on the floor and even in the towels. It was disappointing as we were paying more this time than we did in February, when the room was clean."
