Kaikoura revisit

Great little house. Had everything as stated. Very comfortable beds and nice outside furniture to relax in as well. Very quiet South Bay. Kaikoura has recovered beautifully.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and clean home in the Sputh Bay neighborhood of Kaikoura. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well supplied. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The night star-gazing was amazing!

The house is wonderful to stay at. It has everything you need. I found it to be clean an tidy. Close to the beach to do some fishing. Access into the house us easy. An contact with the management was always so easy to deal with.

Weekend away

Lovely wee home, plenty of room for our 4wd and small boat. Had intended to take our dog too but didnt in the end, so pet friendly. Close stroll to the beach. Nice, quiet area.Would def recommend.

Cute place, and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Unfortunately a storm moved in and limited what I could do. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. Not too far from main street.

Fabulous wee cottage *every thing was great,except no Wi Fi or TV as apparently it was turned off and we could not access the WIfi Box.finally after getting hold of person to contact we got into WIFI nd TV.Thank you for the opportunity to stay

Cosy cottage Kaikoura South Bay

The cosy cottage at Kaikoura is a great place to stay. The location is near many great walks, the sea and the boat excursions. It’s in a quiet location and there is no light pollution , so the stars at night are amazing. Seeing the sunrise and moonrise at the Kaikoura lookout is a must. The location is not far from town, seal colony , esplanade and town eateries. The location has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean and very comfortable. It’s dog friendly and our pooch loved it there as there are many walks around the sea walk that they can go on. We were kept informed about our stay at every step of the way and check in was seamless. Thank you for a great stay . We will return there.

Nice decor, good amenities, comfortable bed. Very tight dining area and shower. Some cleaning could be improved - glass on door and windows, crumbs on dining "table", food marks on bar stools, fingermarks/spots on tv screen. Water pressure issue? (Turning on tap in kitchen - spurted and splashed).

Fully fenced, excellent for our two small dogs. That dining room table isn't really big enough, though, and you can't get your knees under it! That's a very minor issue though. 5 stars overall for this venue.
