Tropical Kuilima Estates Condo at Turtle Bay

Aloha! We are excited to offer this beautiful ground floor studio condo with separated sleeping area for your next stay in paradise. Please note that, although classified as a studio, there is a large (190 sqft) and fully separated sleeping area facing the golf course. This unit is situated in Kui'lima Estates East, which is located at Turtle Bay on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive resort prices! With a casual island feel, we want you to feel right at home during your stay with us. A beautiful pool, barbecues, and tennis courts lay just outside your door, while the beach, two championship golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, multiple restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, and Ho'olana) and a pool bar are just a short 5 minute walk away.

Some activities can be booked through the hotel, including surf lessons, horseback riding, and helicopter tours, while other activities, such as day trips to the Polynesian Cultural Center, hiking, cage or cageless shark diving, snorkeling, skydiving, and standup paddle boarding, are less than 30 minutes away!

**The Kuilima Estates units are privately owned and not associated with the main resort. Although you may go to the resort and used the paid facilities, such as the restaurants, golf courses, etc., guests staying in the Kuilima Estates do not have access to the resort pool and jacuzzi. Amazing spot in the North Shore

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for beach days, and a washer and dryer. This property is centrally located in the North Shore, a short walk/drive to Turtle Bay and the Ritz Carlton. Lots of great food trucks and eateries nearby.

Summer beach house

This was the perfect little beach house nestled in Turtle Bays north shore. Very clean and all the amenities one could ask for in a home base just minutes from the beach.

Great location

Fabulous location near the turtle bay resort - can walk or drive to the hotel’s beach and bring the chairs/umbrellas provided in the Vrbo. Not sure why people are spending 3x a night to stay at the Resort when you can access many of the amenities, excursions and golf without staying there! Unit is sufficient, a little older, but with nice porches in back and front, nice to relax at “home.” Easy drive to many other beautiful beaches, supermarket and food options. Would recommend inquiring about AC situation in the unit if you have medical conditions that would need a cooler stay as the only unit is in the bedroom and the rest of the unit is cooled by ceiling fans and cross breeze. We had a lovely time!

A real gem

Stayed for 14 days at this property it was very clean and amenities were good. The walking tracks and proximity to the beach and swimming pool was a real bonus. The grounds were well maintained and the area was quiet. The check in and check out was easy. Have stayed in a number of properties over the years but found this one the best yet. Flow through ventilation was excellent.

The condo was clean and in a great location. It was stocked with snorkels and beach gear, and a good amount of kitchen amenities and condiments. Heed the email instructions for checking in and picking up the fob, they differ from the app check-in instructions.

Lovely Condo

My 8 year old son and I had the absolute best week staying in your condo. The location couldn’t be any better for families who want a vacation out of the noise and craziness of Waikiki. The beaches, energy & vibe of the North Shore far outweigh South Side. All of the amenities here were a 5 Star - the mattress was EXTRA comfortable, pillows were like Heaven, towels, kitchen utensils, bathroom, etc were all top notch. You can tell the owners take pride in what they supply for their guests. Mahalo for your home. A hui hou ✨

A Little Piece of Heaven

The condo is in a perfect location on the North Shore! It is close to all the main attractions in either direction as well as to a grocery store and tons of food trucks. It was equipped with everything we needed and was clean. We walked 4 minutes to Turtle Bay resort to go to the beach, watch the sunset, and have drinks and dinner. The pool is clean and well kept. It was perfect for the two of us and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. :)

Off to a Great Start!

This condo, at Turtle Bay, is located in a lovely, quiet area on the North Shore of Oahu. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. We loved the back lanai that overlooked the Turtle Bay golf course. We particularly enjoyed the gentle sea breeze that blew through the condo. The front, fenced in, porch area provided a lovely outdoor eating area. The king master bed was very comfy. Unfortunately, when it came to sitting, neither the couch nor the accent chair in the living room matched the comfort of the bedroom. As it was, we had a relaxing stay that made for a great start to an awesome anniversary trip.

North Shore

Location is way to far if you want to go to Waikiki or to shop. The condo is small except the Master bedroom. This condo needs to be renovated its old and has a musty smell. Only 3 bath towels were available which is not enough if you have a party of 4. The grounds are nice and turtle beach was excellent. For the money I’m sure there’s nicer condos available. They do have pickle ball paddles which is a plus.

Perfect Turtle Bay rental

This was our third stay in the condos and this one stood out as the best by a long way. After finding the short cut it's a ten minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The amount of kitchen equipment was outstanding. Everything you could ever need was in those drawers . There's beach equipment and towels so you don't have to buy anything while you are there. The walking trails at turtle bay are wonderful. One down to kahuku point and the other way to kawela bay. Think they are further than the signpost says but easy walks with beautiful scenery. There is a lot of bugs up at turtle bay but in this condo it wasn't a problem. A very good rental.

Not bad, not great

This is a pretty standard condo with some nice features and some that did not work as expected. Beginning with obtaining and dropping off the key fob, it requires a 10-15 min drive (depending on traffic) to retrieve and to return, even though presumably the cleaners could return it. Not a huge issue but a bit annoying. Our main issue was the A/C. When we entered the condo, it was extremely warm and it took a long time to cool down. The A/C is actually a single unit on the floor in the bedroom that does not really cool down the living area, and the unit is extremely noisy for those in the room. That was definitely a negative for us. You can open the sliding doors to get a cross breeze but we were here in the summer and it was generally a warm breeze. The lanais were nice, location was fine with the caveat that the only available food in the immediate area is at the hotel, which is extremely nice but expensive, otherwise a bit of a drive, again not the end of the world but something to know. The pool is very nice and overall the condo was fine but from our perspective, just fine.

Perfect location on the North Shore and lovely accommodation near the pool, with a car park. Really enjoyed our time there! Walk to Turtle Bay where we swam with the turtles and short drive to Gunstock Ranch where we had a sunset dinner and horse ride. Short drive to Pipeline and the Polynesian Centre where we enjoyed visiting! Would stay again!

Great location! Close to beaches, food trucks, and hiking. Instructions were clear regarding check in process and property manager was responsive to questions. Beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels and sand toys were available. My only recommendation would be to have the AC on the day guests arrive. We were hot and sweaty after a long day and it took a couple hours to cool down the condo. Loved waking up to the sunrise and the lights on the patio made a cozy atmosphere.

Great Place

Property is wonderfully located on the North Shore. Enjoyed our time there. Property manager left clear instructions on how to check in and check out. We had a minor issue with he shower, but they took care of it quickly. Location is close to some of our favorite North Shore snorkeling spots, and they provided plenty of ammenities for us to use.

Lovely apartment in a secluded neighborhood

We had an amazing stay at this quiet condo. The area is beautiful and is walkable to turtle bay. The beach gears that the property provides are definitely a plus. The kitchen has all the cookwares you need for simple meals. The living room does get warm as the AC is only located in the bedroom and to get into the condo, it does require some extra steps. Overall, this property is lovely and would definitely recommend to others.
