Spacious & Quiet Upstairs End Unit Studio Loft w/ new bathroom & Split A/C units

Treehouse Experience !!

Complete Bathroom Remodel completed in June, 2024.

Two Mitsubishi Mini Split Air conditioning units were added, living room (24,000 BTU) and Loft Bedroom (15,000 BTU). Both units replaced in July, 2025.

Enjoy your Hawaii vacation at our upstairs end unit with all the conveniences of home. Located on the grounds of the Ritz Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay resort, our condo offers a spacious feel with the open beam construction and lots of natural light. Ideal location for trade winds to keep cool. Tile flooring in the kitchen and dining area, and carpet in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Tropical art throughout.

Cook up your favorite dish in the kitchen, complete with all the amenities, or treat yourself to Roy's Beach House, a dining experience on the beach at the Turtle Bay Resort. Enjoy mountain views from the front of two lanais while sipping your favorite beverage.

As a guest (within Kuilima Estates East), you have access to the 2 swimming pools/BBQ areas and tennis/pickleball courts. The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay Resort has a golf course, the Palmer.
The beach (at Turtle Bay Resort) is a 10 minute walk where the warm water and tropical air will melt the day away. World Famous Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay are within 5 miles. Quality restaurants and shopping close by in Kahuku and Haleiwa.

Spa activities are available at the Turtle Bay Resort including gym, yoga, and horseback riding.

Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, golf clubs and tennis/pickleball rackets are included for our guests to use.

Nice, spacious, comfortable house! We loved it. Only feedback would be that the pullout couch sacrifices a little too much couch to be a bed haha not the most comfortable for sitting. But the bed was great, and the outdoor patio space was lovely. There's a second couch too!

North Shore stay

We absolutely loved our stay on the north shore. We did not use any Turtle Bay related amenities but the area was great for traveling to the less commonly visited beaches. The provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler definitely came in handy. Food truck city a few mins away was great for easy dinners. We hope to return, thank you for hosting us!

Had a great time at this property and would definitely return! Spacious, airy, well decorated, wonderful decks, lovely light and breezes—did not even need the a/c. Turtle Bay is a fantastic location with trails, restaurants, beach. Never had issue getting free beach parking (just circle a few times if necessary). Kawela Bay beach nearby very calm. Great snorkeling at Shark’s Cove.

The condo was a great location on the North Shore! We enjoyed having multiple indoor areas to relax, prepare food, and hang out. The community had some amenities and was central to the multitude of North Shore sights. We didn’t consider the condo in walking distance of the beach, but it was very close and the provided beach items were definitely beneficial.

We absolutely loved our stay! This property is in a great location, close to all of the North Shore beaches. Upon arrival, the condo was immaculately clean. It's a very nice unit, in a quiet community, surrounded by pretty trees. This condo was perfect for us and we only wish we could've stayed longer! Super easy to find! Place was absolutely beautiful! Clean and well stocked kitchen! The bed was soooo comfortable! Lisa the manager was great answering our questions before and during our stay. Great restaurants and food trucks near by. Beach at Turtle Bay is close enough to walk. We will definitely see if this condo is available next time we go to North Shore! The pool was a great alternative when we didn’t want to go to the beach.

The perfect place for a Workation

I loved waking up to the trade winds blowing gently in from the windows, the quiet yet secure (24 hour security) of the area, long walks along the coast to see some seals, etc., and then spending the rest of the day at work in the warm, comfortable home. Everything you need is here and the host was responsive and warm. Thank you for a great stay!

10 days of sun , golf, swimming and walking. The unit is great, but not for small children or anyone with mobility issues. The bedroom is in the loft accessed by the spiral stair case is always interesting and particulaly at night. Unit was recently updated. It is compact, but efficient, clean and well located. One of our favorites.

Clean well appointed unit. Super stocked kitchen with all one could need to cook in. Sleeps 4 easily but works for two as well. W/D eliminates the need for so much clothing. Rinse off in a newly remodeled bathroom that provides two separate sinks and new towels.

Condo works perfect for us. Close to Turtle Bay and golf course. Plenty to do with in 10 miles either direction. This is our go to condo at Turtle Bay. Unit works great for two able body adults. Could be tough if balance is an issue going up spiral staircase. L
