We are located in Kuilima Estates West, a private gated community within the Turtle Bay area. Our prime location offers walking distance access to several beautiful beaches and a short drive west to iconic beaches such as Sunset, Pipeline, and Waimea, as well as the historic city of Haleiwa. To the east, a short drive will take you to the Polynesian Cultural Center, where you can enjoy a magnificent luau featuring traditional Hawaiian dancers.

Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall.
Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass.
CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION
Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free.
Please help by:
Keeping the unit free of crumbs
Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food
Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator
Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out
Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly
Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs.
If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area.
