This homey one bedroom (cal king bed) with upstairs loft (with one queen and one twin bed)/two bathroom Turtle Bay condo offers the perfect true Hawai'i get-away for up to five! It's close to the public beach at the Turtle Bay hotel, sitting on the 1st hole of PGA Fazio Course, we welcome you to the coveted North Shore!

**The Condo**

New owners in a upstairs unit in Kuilima West at Turtle Bay. Welcome to one of the best location in the estate located within walking distance to the public beach at Turtle Bay! Situated on the 1st hole of the PGA Fazio golf course, we welcome you to an amazing stay offering a spacious master (cal king) bedroom (with AC). As well as, an upstairs loft with one twin bed and one full bed, we also have an inflatable air mattress (sheets), and a pull out sofa to accommodate an extra guest and an additional full bathroom upstairs.

The AC unit in the master bedroom can ensure your stay is comfortable, although the lanai, and ceiling fans, and floor fans/ windows throughout the unit provides amazing enjoyment of the Hawaiian tropics. Additional AC in the living room and portable AC in the loft can help keep the house cool on hot summer nights.

For your entertainment, the flat screen Smart TV with access to your Netflix account offers enjoyment. We also have basic cable as well as fast wifi!

Sit back and relax and allow us to provide the lodging. Turtle Bay offers amazing beach access, top tier dinning, two PGA golf courses, helicopter tours, tennis courts, and located in the prestigious North Shore. Surfing, snorkeling, hiking, and exploring await!

**Guest Access**

You will be staying at an upstairs unit with a free assigned parking space and free guest parking availability. Close access to a private pool, bbq area, tennis courts, walking trails, and a short walk to the Beach.

There are great restaurants on the property including one of North Shores only fine dining! Three bars are also on site to include one with beach access.

Private cabanas, snorkeling, and surfing options are available at the beach. Horseback and helicopter tours are also available with purchase.

The shops, lobby, restaurants and bars at Turtle Bay Resort are welcome to all condo guests.

**Interaction with Guests**

Our guest book in the unit will have dining, hiking, snorkeling and surfing recommendations, however; we are available to give additional info should you need it.

**The Neighborhood**

Welcome to the home of legendary North Shore surf spots like Sunset, Pipeline and Waimea Beaches. I recommend exploring the dining of Kuhuku; famous Shrimp Trucks featured on the Food Network; and the historic town of Haleiwa offers goodies beyond description. Kahuku also offers amazing Zip Lining that provides a remarkable view of the shoreline.

Welcome to Hawai'i Life where it is literally impossible to experience all of the amazing beaches, surfing, snorkeling, and hiking offered.

Getting Around

Renting a vehicle will offer the best versatility with visiting the island, and the drive is beautiful! There is public transportation called "The Bus". There is a bus stop right inside of Turtle Bay. A one way trip typically runs $2.50. Taxis and UBER currently do not venture to the "country" yet.

The airport offers a Speedi Shuttle for a fee of 85 USD and will be faster than The Bus. Reservations are required.

**Other Things to Note**

Turtle Bay Condo's offers a remote all-encompassing North Shore experience. The community is gated (an electronic key fob will be provided for your access) and 24-hour roaming security is provided for your comfort.

Please note we do follow HOUSE RULES including quite time which is 8pm-8am. Since we do live in a condo community and an upstairs unit we also send a friendly reminder to our guests that neighbors can be sensitive to noise.

Great accommodations and location

The unit appeared to have been recently updated and everything looked and worked great. The beds were especially comfortable. The location to nearby beaches was very convenient.

Had a great time on the north shore.

The place was clean and easy to access. We were close to a lot of activities we had planned to do. The best part was being on the north shore, away from the crowds on the south en of the island. We had everything thing we needed at the VRBO plus more. Looking forward to staying here again.

Lovely place to stay but you do need a car to get to the local beaches. They are not within walking distance. There is a pool on site which is refreshing. The condo has cute sea turtle decor and everything you need in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Try out a shrimp truck when you are up on the North Shore, delicious!

Great Turtle Bay condo

Beautiful condo perfect for our family of 4. Every amenity you can imagine is provided including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, tennis racquets, snorkel gear etc. loved having a washer/dryer and AC in the unit. Beds were very comfortable. Great outdoor, screened in balcony to eat your meals overlooking the golf course. Will definitely return in the future!

Well kept, Comfortable, Great location

The condo has the perfect set up for a couple with kids. Two beds in the loft for the kids w/ separate toilet & shower area. Nice decor & plenty of places to sit. We appreciated the beach chairs, ice chest for the beach, & the dishes & utensils. Scenic walking trails and walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort where hubby & I enjoyed a sunset cocktail. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo in a perfect location

We had reservations at another condo at Turtle Bay and we were unpleasantly surprised when it was sold only six weeks before our travel was to begin. Our reservation was canceled and we had to find another place to stay. Thank goodness this condo was available! And, it turned out to be in a better location than the original one. It was clean and comfortable, and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. We will happily stay here again!

Turtle Bay

What a beautiful property! The condo has been recently renovated and was super clean, I loved the decor. The codes had recently been changed and we were initially given the wrong access codes but the host was easy to get a hold of and and immediately answered our call. The size was perfect for the 5 of us (two adults, two adult children and one teen). Walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort. Loved the walking trails, we used them daily to walk and run. Saw a monk seal one day! We also ate at the resort two evenings and used the beach there once. Easy drive to other North Shore beaches and activities, was a nice change of pace after staying in Waikiki for the first half of the trip. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

They did not give the right code at the gate so the security guard also did not let us inside. This was at checking in just after dinner time at night. The next day also had a roofing company ripping off the whole shingles starting at 7:30am till and only thing was offered a credit of $250. That is not great customers service and respectful. Just saying if you might have a problem it would be a hassle to find a new place. They asked us to leave if we were not happy.

Everything you could want in a VRBO

Beautiful condo. They really have thought of everything a person would need for their stay You definitely need a car if you are going to explore. It's pretty remote and there isn't too much to do within walking distance. We explored as much as we could on the North Shore and had an absolute blast. The beds are very comfy, and every amenity that you could ask for was there, including good-quality shampoo and body wash. There are ample towels for everyone. I really enjoyed having beach chairs, a beach umbrella and some snorkel gear for the kids. Some of the things were broken but we were never without. We explored the short shore a lot during out stay here and were very comfortable. My only feedback would be to leave an extra blanket for the primary bedroom. There were 2 extras and each child got one for their beds which left none for our main bed. Thank you for the amazing, clean and well-decorated temporary home away from home.

Clean & comfortable

The property is clean, with comfortable beds and sheets. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. They provide basic toiletries. The unit has AC and multiple fans, which is nice. A few things to point out: the keypad for the guest combo is on the door, open the screen door and ignore the boxes located on the wall. There is no door in the upstairs sleeping area, it's a loft. As soon as the sun comes up, it's bright in the house. Bring your eye masks if you aren't an early riser. We used the beach chairs every day, an easy and beautiful walk to Turtle Bay. Bring your pickleball gear and relax. Lastly, if the weather is clear you get peekaboo views of the water. We had a few minor questions but Lisa responded quickly (there is no gate fob, you use a code. The wifi PW was off, couldn't dry whites in the dryer, and the front door light wasn't working).

This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. All the furnishings and decor was cheerful & charming. A beautiful living space to cook and relax after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the table in the screened porch area. We were grateful to have beach chairs and towels to use on our holiday. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. We were revisiting the north shore and the Turtle Bay resort - we appreciated the use of the beach and parking on the resort property. Check-in was easy snd efficient. We did not visit the pool or golf, but the many recommendations left by owners for local beaches, places to eat and activities on the north shore were much appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This condo is clean and totally renovated. It has all the essentials you need and the a/c works great and beds comfortable. The screen porch was so nice in the evening. If you want to stay on the North Shore, you won’t find a nicer place!

Very clean/stocked Condo

This condo was very clean and had several amenities for the stay. Kitchen was well stocked along with bathrooms/laundry. Able to cook/enjoy meals there rather than eat out all the time. Enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property.
