We are excited to offer this beautiful ground floor 1 bedroom, one bath condo for your next stay in paradise. This unit is situated in Kui'lima Estates West, which is located at Turtle Bay on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Kuilima Estates is not associated with Turtle Bay Resort but is adjacent to it. ** BRAND NEW VINYL LAMINATE FLOORS AND SLEEPER SOFA PER PREVIOUS GUESTS SUGGESTIONS **

Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive resort prices! With a casual island feel, we want you to feel right at home during your stay with us. A beautiful pool, barbecues, and tennis courts lay just outside your door, while the beach, two championship golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, multiple restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, and Ho'olana) and a pool bar are just a short 5 minute walk away.

Some activities can be booked next door through the hotel, including surf lessons, horseback riding, and helicopter tours, while other activities, such as day trips to the Polynesian Cultural Center, hiking, cage or cageless shark diving, snorkeling, skydiving, and standup paddle boarding, are less than 30 minutes away!

**The Kuilima Estates units are privately owned and not associated with the main resort. Although you may go to the resort and use the paid facilities, such as the restaurants, golf courses, etc., guests staying in the Kuilima Estates do NOT have access to the resort pool and jacuzzi when staying at the estates. However, you have access to all three pools at the Kuilima Estates!

Great Turtle Bay location

Unit is in a very nice location. Laie and Sunset Beach are minutes away. The condo made for a very comfortable stay. Had a great time. Could not get used to where theight switches are other than that it was a great place to stay.

What an awesome and beautiful location. Away from the busy city. We loved that it was so close to the beach at turtle bay and the amenities. Everything was a close drive away. Lots of beaches, the Polynesian Cultural Center, grocery store, waterfalls, everything was perfect. This was a great place for the cost.

The property is located near many of the beaches and had easy access in and out of the condo area. Be prepared to rent or purchase beach stuff. The condo had no useful beach equipment. Great stay and met the purpose of our stay. Thank you

It was a good location as we had family renting other units nearby and the pool was across the street from the patio. The lighting needs more wattage, rooms were not bright enough except for the kitchen. Could walk to beach at Turtle Bay resort. Did not have any occasion to contact property manager so rated that as o.k.

Amazing!

This was a three day business trip. I had a small hiccup when I arrived at the unit (I arrived at 9 pm local time). I contacted Sophia and she responded right away and let than 15 minutes later she was at the unit taking care of everything. Sophia answered every question I had right away. One of the property pools is right across the street from the unit. Perfect location. GREAT host.

Great stay. But the place could use a little TLC

We had a great stay at the condo. Location was great! Few improvements would make the place even better: replace dead bulbs in kitchen, bifold door in kitchen was so annoying!, Bathroom fan was way too loud and needed cleaning, upgrade furniture so it’s comfortable to relax after a busy day. Shades on lamps need to be replaced some had holes in them But we had a really fun time. Towel, beach chairs, cooler were provided. The pool area is fantastic has a bbq which was very fun. Property owner came out immediately to fix the broken toilet but needs to spend a little more there doing other repairs. Overall tho we had a great time here.

Lovely North Shore stay

Check in process was very smooth. The condo was as listed and very clean. There are 2 air conditioners, but we didn't really need it due the breeze. It was so convenient to have laundry in the condo, but it was low on detergent. As others have stated, the lighting could be better as it was very dim. We discovered on our last day that the dishwasher did not work, or we just couldn't figure out how to use it. Our friends stayed at a condo just a few doors down, and had the same issue. Although they paid slightly less than we did, this condo was much more updated, comfortable, inviting, had better furniture and more amenities, and a more responsive owner. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice condo that needs a little maintenance to make it nicer. Tub isn’t well supported. Hall, bedroom, bathroom lighting dim. Kitchen closet bifold doors annoying to close. Bathroom fan and air conditioners loud but we got used to it. It was very nice to have beach towels provided. Bedding and towels were nice and comfortable. Nice 10 min walk to beach. Foodland grocery store in Laie about 15 minutes away. Kahuku superette a little closer and had alcohol but no deli. Wish we would have purchased cheap beach chairs and we would have left them. Overall, we were pleased with the condo.

A little home away from home

I know some reviews complain about the outdated-ness of this property HOWEVER everything was exactly how it was pictures. There were no surprises with the property. It’s conveniently located next to a bunch of food options. Pools and beaches nearby. Less touristy than some places. The only thing I would add is that the security said we didn’t need a parking pass (it’s in the process of being handed down?) and that if we parked in the assigned stall we were fine. Not a huge inconvenience to go track someone down but was kind of nerve wracking that the info was unclear. It was fine in the end and we enjoyed our stay. Ample amounts of dishes and silverware if needed. We had an unexpected power outage that impacted a lot of the north side and the host was quick and informative with responses. Staff at the place were generous with things to do while we waited out the outage. We’d definitely book again.

A week in Oahu

My husband and I enjoyed a week at this North Shore condo. Check-in was easy and there was an assigned parking spot close to the unit. You have to go up a small flight of stairs from the parking lot and then down a small flight of stairs into the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans to prepare meals. The bathroom had nice towels and hot water. (There was body soap but no shampoo or conditioner.) The fan in the bathroom is quite loud and the fiberglass shower/tub does not have the proper support so it feels squishy when you stand on it. The queen bed was comfortable enough and the pillows and bed linens were good. The AC unit in the bedroom was a little loud but we didn't mind it. The walls are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbors and people out by the pool. Luckily we had a pretty quiet week so it wasn't an issue. The washer and dryer both worked well and were convenient to have. The unit really needs more lighting in the dining area but overall everything was fine and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We loved being able to walk to the beach and resort.

Nice area, but unit needs updating

Positives, it was close walk to beaches over by Turtle Bay and was nice that thick beach towels were provided. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Overall, but is in serious need of an updating, and needs to have all of the lighting redone. New and working lightbulbs, it was so dark at night with the minimal lights all on, could barely see. Some lightbulbs were burned out or missing or just not strong enough to even read a book anywhere in the condo. The tv was so small we could barely see or hear it from across the room. Went by 3 times in 2 days to try to get a parking pass but no one was ever there. Needed code to access the pool, which wasn’t provided. The bed sheets were thin and curtains could be replaced, and the bathroom fan should be cleaned and or replaced because it sounded like it was on its last legs. Photos on the listing are misleading because it has a lot of photos of Turtle Bay, but it is clearly Turtle Bay adjacent. After paying so much for host and cleaning fees, it seemed like a lot that we were asked to wash dishes, empty trash, wash the sheets and towels. There weren’t enough towels provided (for 3 people), and only one tiny kitchen towel, so we used beach towels for the shower and paper towels for the dishes. It wouldn’t take much to drastically improve the feel of the condo with better lighting and a couple small fixes.
