After voicing our concerns to the owner, she advised us this is a very laidback stay so this may not be important to anyone other than us- but be aware they will NOT COMPENSATE you for any issues. Our bed broke on the first night, and a pipe burst on the 4th night of our stay, rendering us without restroom/shower/sinks for a night. Additionally, the futon they provide was barely large enough for our 8 and 5 yr old to share, the bedding has holes in it, they provide used condiments from previous guests, the hand soaps and detergent are watered down, and the vents and window screens are filled with bugs. The owners are kind and quick to respond and assist in any way they can but this was not the stay we had hoped for. It’s a great complex as our friends stayed in other condos during the same week but this one was the least expensive so we got what we paid for, I guess.
