"Excellent experience at the royal kahana. Parking was great and shaded. There is a bit of road noise that could be loud at times if the sliding balcony door was open. Great partial ocean views from the Lanai. Clean and convenient."

"The place was worth the stay. Can't go wrong with the short walking distance to see the amazing view of the beach. We recommend renting a car to get here, and parking is very close. You can drive up to a couple local areas, like food trucks, beach, and shops. John & Val were very friendly and great communicators. They also had some water gears and boogie board for the beach. Swimming pool was close too. I recommend staying at this clean place if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing...

"We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate a 60th Birthday. We thought the property was beautiful. The description of the property was accurate and do give it 5 stars for that. The grounds are immaculate, and the community pool is very nice. The condo itself is very old and we knew that, and we would have gave 5 stars all around, but condo was not clean, mirrors and appliances and balcony doors looked like they had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The furniture is old and cushion covers...

"This condo is in a nice area. It is across the street from the ocean, not oceanfront. There is a tall condo building in front that blocks the view. The condo is comfortable and has what you need. I accidentally left an item and they were able to help get it back to me."

"Royal Kahana is showing it's age despite the construction going on which made lots of noise during the day. Our unit was nicely renovated. The sliding glass door was noisy at night due to the high winds. Staff and security were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. We would come back."
