This is a great hotel, quiet close to the shopping and yet very quiet. It was clean and friendly. I would stay again. It was very close to my favourite Cafe Indigo.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for a view of Sakurajima, if you get a room with the Sakurajima view. Parking is not in the same building, but the parking building behind the hotel. Hotel guests get a discounted rate for parking. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there is a great supermarket nextdoor if you don't want to walk to find a restaurant. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We booked a queen shower room, non smoking. This is a fairly new hotel the room we had was great and had a small writing desk. It is in a good quiet location and there are plenty of restaurants near by. It is a 10 minute walk from the tram stop & airport bus stop which was extremely convenient for us as we here flying out from Kagoshima to Osaka. Breakfast is on the top floor as is the reception area. The view from the top is wonderful with the volcano in the background.The highlight for us was...

A great position just a short walk to harbor Jetty,s for ferry crossing to island if you want to get up close to base of volcano.
Hotel appears new, rooms are typical compact Japanese business hotel, very clean, most comfortable bed we have experienced in a hotel for long time it could be a little cramped if you had two large suit case. Best business class hotel I have experienced ever. Staff extremely helpful.
