"I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel due to that AC wasn’t working and it was really hot outside Spoke to Rana manager who informed me that AC is broke down but it will be fix in couple of days. We decided to move out from hotel and Rana assured us that payment will be processed in full towards me, but in couple of days I received email that Expedia wasn’t able to get me my refund back at all. We went to hotel and spoke to Rando manager who was very nice to us gave us drinks and informed us that he is going to do everything to get full refund via expidia and he actually did after an hour they spoke to expidia and we received fully refund. But rather then that it’s nice hotel to stay."
