Das Zimmer war um 15:30 Uhr nicht fertig, weil der Wäscheservice im Stau stand. Eins der beiden Doppelbetten knarzte bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Die Kissen (1 p.P.) waren viel zu weich und zu warm. Am Waschbecken waren noch zwei Haare vom Vorgänger zu finden. In der 2. Nacht war der Zimmerschlüssel defekt (bei der 2. Benutzung!) und da der Fahrstuhl ab 23 Uhr wegen Lärmschutz außer Betrieb ist - Treppensport. An beiden Tagen fanden Veranstaltungen statt und die Gäste unterhielten sich lautstark vor dem Haupteingang des Hotels in der Zeit von 0-3 Uhr. Außerdem knallten die Flurtüren im 10 Minuten Takt, weil die Übernachtungsgäste ihre Zimmer aufsuchten und die besagten Türen, die dem Lärmschutz dienen sollen, hielten einen vom Schlafen ab, da die Türdämpfer falsch eingestellt sind. In der zweiten Nacht wiederholte sich das Spielchen - obwohl selber erst um 2 Uhr zu Bett gegangen, unterhielten sich munter Gäste vor dem Haupteingang, so dass Schlafen mit geöffneten Fenster nicht möglich war. Aber gut, dass der Fahrstuhl um 23h wegen Lärmschutz außer Betrieb geht. Bei der Abreise wollte man dann das mit 18 €/pP/Tag doch überteuerte Frühstück abrechnen, was wir gar nicht zu uns genommen hatten und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, dass es hier wohl um ein Versehen handelt, wurde die Kollegin aus dem Restaurant befragt, ob wirklich kein Frühstück in Anspruch genommen wurde. Immerhin war das Parken inklusive. Zimmerausstattung gut. Lüfter im Bad hat zu wenig Power. Wände hellhörig.
