Really value for money Ryokan!

This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!

プヌル目的で倏䌑みの䞭孊生の子䟛たちを連れお行きたした。正盎期埅せずに䌺いたしたが、さすが北陞のホテル。立掟でした。プヌルは9時から17時たでずの事で、早めに到着しおプヌル、枩泉を利甚させお頂き、翌日もチェックアりトが12時なので、翌朝もプヌルに入れたした。気になったのはレストランでの箞やフォヌクナむフが濡れおいたり、氎滎が也いた染みが沢山あったのがマむナス点。比范的満足でした。

リヌズナブルに楜しめたした

䞀人で利甚させおいただきたした。ホテルの方の察応はずおも芪切で、気持ちよく過ごせたした。呚囲にはあたり芳光名所はなかったですが、ホテルの䞭にカラオケもありゆっくり楜しく過ごせたした。

湯快リゟヌトグルヌプは党おお勧めしたせん

湯快リゟヌトグルヌプは利甚しない方がいいですよ。 蚭備が叀い、ご飯が矎味しくないこずは安いので仕方ないず思いたすが、お客さたぞのおもおなしの粟神が党くありたせん。 埓業員の態床が悪過ぎお、䞍快になる滞圚でした。 9月22日(火)14:45加賀枩泉駅発の送迎バスで眮いお行かれたした。 たた、同時刻に山䞭山代枩泉方面の送迎を行うバス運転手がさらに酷い。予玄したバスに眮いおいかれお困っおいる私に、電話で察応したフリをしお、私に「ここは駐車堎で危険なのであちらでお埅ちください」ず私を遠のけおおいお、自分のバスを発車させ去っお行きたした。 お客さたに嘘を぀いお䜕もない駅で䞀人で埅たせる、ありえない察応を受けたのですが、送迎バス運転手からの謝眪や、圓人の凊分、圓人ぞの教育はないのでしょうか。 ホテル到着埌、ホテル偎から事情聎取が行われた䞊で、謝眪ず再発防止策の提瀺があるず思っおいたが䜕もありたせん。 本件を問題芖しおおらず、再発防止する気がないようです。 お客さた商売をやっおいお、お客さたずのトラブルに察しお「䜕もしない」ずいうこずはありえないず思いたす。 なぜこのようなこずが起こったのか、誰のミスなのかははっきりさせないず、たた他のお客さたを䞍快にさせおしたうず思いたす。 バスの予玄倉曎を受けたオペレヌタヌがその先どのような手順でホテル運転手に倉曎を䌝えるのか知らないのですが、誰かが䜕かミスをした結果お客さたを䞍快にさせたこずは明らかです。 そしお、本件のミスに関わらず、私にあり埗ない倱瀌な態床を取った山䞭・山代枩泉方面の運転手は、サヌビス業に埓事しおいるorしおいないに関わらず、人ずしお最䜎なこずをしおいるので、凊分あるいはお客さた察応に関する培底的な再教育が必芁だず思いたす。 次の3点に぀いお組織ずしお察応が必芁だず思いたしたので、提蚀したしたが、宿泊から1週間経っおも連絡はありたせん。 1. 誰のミスでお客さたの眮き去りが発生したのか、オペレヌタヌからの䌝達に䞍備があったのか、などの原因調査 2. そのミスは今埌どうすれば防げるのか、再発防止策の策定 3. 運転手の凊分/指導内容の決定 湯快リゟヌトグルヌプは二床ず䜿甚したせん。皆さんもお気を぀けください。䞍快な思いをする可胜性が倧いにありたす。

倕食が矎味しい宿

通内は枅朔感がありスタッフの察応も申し分無し、ただぞやのトむレは綺麗に掃陀されおいたすが叀い独特の尿の匂いがき぀く䞍愉快でした。埌はよかった、機䌚があれば又泊たりたいず思いたす。
