"We arrived at the location to check in and the groundskeeper could not understand why we were there. We called the number listed and the owner didn’t k ow why we were there and said that he rpirperty wasn’t even listed on Expedia!!! BUT Expedia deducted the money from our account!!!! So we looked at a room that was open (which was the room we booked) and it was being used as the trash room!!! Stacked to the ceiling with debris and trash!!! "There were 3 cockroaches on bed when I opened the door. And a few more on the walls and toilet. We were told breakfast will start at 6:30. But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies.
