"After speaking directly with the owner Ahmad of the flat to confirm the reservation, my family and i went the next morning to Alexandria and met with the property manager Mohamed who was extremely professional and curtious ,made sure our accommodation was handled properly. "The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view.
