This hotel is worth every penny - the spa, tennis courts, the gym, the pools, the private beach, the breakfast, the restaurants. The staff were all so lovely, attentive and hospitable. We very much appreciated an upgrade when we checked in. The hotel was beautiful with an attached shopping mall which came in handy. It is also an oasis in the middle of a very busy and crazy city. Staff and service were excellent! The only issue was that they combined smoking with non-smoking rooms.

Beautiful five star hotel on the Mediterranean

The exterior facilities of the Four seasons are all beautiful. The beach area and the outdoor beach restaurant magnificent. My only complaint down grading my stay is the rooms are a bit tired and in need of a refresh. We looked at a beach villa and that to had a dated decor.

This place is the best!!!!!

Service, location,. facilities and food were all excellent..we ended up not leaving the resort the entire time. The easy safe beach access was really fun for the kids. The mall access from the hotel was a fun surprise!

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel exilent choice clean rooms, delicious breakfast, evening coffee shops, very secure and lots of things to do swim in beach or swim in one of the 3 swimming pools, play squash, use the fully equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and much more. The hotel has access to nice three floors mall.

It has been a truly wonderful experience staying at this exceptional hotel in my hometown, Alexandria. From the warm welcome and complimentary room upgrade kindly offered by the delightful female receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, I cannot recall) to the dedicated team who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, every detail reflected genuine hospitality. I deeply appreciate the outstanding service and care that made my visit so exceptional. Equally impressive was the remarkable team managing and operating the beautiful beachside restaurant. Their delicious food is undoubtedly the reason I left with a few extra pounds, and I could not be happier about it. I was truly honored to meet the managers—Mr. Abdeltawab, Mr. Moustafa, and the respectable young gentleman, Mohannad—who went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was both enjoyable and safe. Mohannad, in particular, took the extra step of recording my son’s nut allergy in the Four Seasons system and personally ensuring the chef was informed, which gave us great peace of mind. This stay has been nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to returning soon

Wow and amazing as words to describe the experience at this hotel. From day 1 you are treated like family. The staff is clearly engaged with you to improve your comfort the entire time you are here. Over and Above are good words to describe the amount of effort. Expect to tip the staff, but you don't have to give an insane amount, they act happy for anything you give them. It's not the cheapest option but it's worth all of the money that you spend!

Picturesque property: lobby, hallways, rooms, the grounds, beach area and pools. Awesome ocean view, along with private, comfortable & well served beach area. Well spaced outdoor dining..along with attentive staff & accomodative staff, within their capacities, from front desk, to dining/restaurant manager when couple of snags occured but were quickly addressed.

The beach villa was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view was directly on the beach and the lovely gardens leading to it. The service was a little slower than in the tower. Love the Fiur Seasons! My hotel of choice!

Amazing hotel. Great staff and very welcoming. Great location. Walk in to shoping mall. You will find every thing there. Sea view room very nice. We were 3 person. Breakfast was yummy and nice view .
