The staff was excellent, however the resort needed repairs, and several things in our room did not work. We finally moved to another room. Also, the availability of food and drinks was a challenge.

To be honest, we were very underwhelmed by Serenity. The location is fab, but thats all it had going for it. There was no managerial skills at all. No guest ever met a Manager. Extremely limited daily events, like 5 on the board, and 3 of them were

We stayed three nights and didn’t want to leave. Next place was not as nice. Next time I would bring a bottle of wine with me and some bottled water as extra.
