"Clean room | Friendly Staff | Location"

"this hotel is very convenient and good for sleep. Staffs are friendly and very helpful."

"An older property, but very nicely maintained. It provides a proper hotel experience, rather than a lot of similar priced business hotels that don’t have restaurants and event facilities. Very conveniently located, right in front of Wakayama Station. The staff were great, very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful whenever I asked them a question. The rooms are relatively specious and I really loved the big bath. I would definitely recommend this property for business or recreational...

"Convenience , easy to find and get food"

"Conveniently located, under 10 mins walk from the train station. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Spacious and clean rooms with a nice living area to spread out and relax."

"Convenient location, close to the train station, relative spacious room and delicious breakfast."

"Budget friendly hotel near the train station. Good location if you need to take the ferry to Tokushima in the morning. Nothing special about the room but the breakfast was enjoyable. "

"Great location next to station to Kada. "

"room is clean, location is great"

"Luxury room with absolutely everything in it, nice staff, beautyfull surroundings"

"Accommodations are basic and a bit rundown. However, affordable dog friendly places to stay are limited, so we really appreciate Kaikeibo for providing us with this important option. It was an easy drive to Kansai Airport too."

"側に線路があり電車の走る音が聞こえますが、うるさいと感じる程ではなかったです。部屋に耳栓が置いてありました。"

"Very good location and nice hotel. I would definitely go again!"

"Very good room facility, very nice and helpful front desk staff, highly recommend and will visit again"

"The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, and the room was very clean. Dinner and breakfast are great and with enough privacy. The onsen facilities were also enjoyable. The only drawback is that there isn’t a convenience store nearby. In general, this is a great hotel but only for road trip travelers."
