"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. "A very good mid-market hotel with a great location near Connaught Place Shopping Center and restaurants. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it’s difficult to accurately gauge the cleanliness and dust factor. The staff were always helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough. Great shower. Closets could use replacing."

"Excellent service and wonderful hospitality!!! Love their care and attention to detail. 24 hours room service (always with a smile). Could see some monkey from my window :-) Always good karma. Namaste 🙏, Ana"

"Room was cramped. Bathroom shower space was very small. Hand/face towels, washroom slippers were not provided. Breakfast spread was stupendous and well worth the cost. Very good sleep quality. Spotless cleanliness. Fantastic location."

"Overall a good stay, food can be improved a bit in taste....."
