- This studio is on the top floor of the Mahana on Kaanapali Beach.. Open the doors to breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and unbelievable sunsets. During whale season (December to March) you can sit on the lanai and have a front row seat to their spectacular shows. With the great sunsets and the crashing waves hitting the shores it makes for a most relaxing stay.
