  • Aloha and welcome to Ka'anapali Shores unit 318! This condo is owned by Mark and Kelly, who grew up on West Maui and live just two miles north of the property. As hands-on owners who manage the condo ourselves, we take pride in ensuring your accommodations are CLEAN and comfortable. Ka'anapali Shores is located in a hotel-zoned area where vacation rentals are legal.

    When you and your family stay with us, we want you to enjoy the very best of Maui in a clean, welcoming, and comfortable setting. We use hospital-grade disinfectants, enhanced sanitization protocols, and contactless check-in to help ensure our condo is in pristine condition for every guest.

    Enjoy our beautifully upgraded one-bedroom, one-bath condo with an open floor plan. The bedroom features a comfortable California king bed, and the living room has a sofa sleeper. Booking directly with the owners means prompt, personalized attention to EVERY request! We love sharing the aloha spirit and being FLEXIBLE whenever possible with arrival and departure times, special needs, and recommendations for activities, restaurants, and golf.

    Fabulous Ka'anapali Shores, an AAA Triple Diamond-rated resort on world-famous Ka'anapali Beach Daily parking fee: $10. On-site fitness center: $9/day

    Stay at a true destination resort and enter through a beautiful, open-air lobby surrounded by the tropical sights, sounds, and fragrances of Maui. Enjoy a waterfall framed by flowers, lush greenery, and a peaceful koi pond. Relax at the oceanfront main pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, enjoy the garden pool, or soak up the sun on a chaise lounge at the beach.     Ka'anapali Shores offers wonderful amenities, including a fitness center, gift shop, outdoor massage services, children's programs, an activities desk, and concierge services. Best of all, our guests do not pay a daily resort fee. Just outside the resort gates, you'll find a shopping center with a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants, bars, gift shops, and more. Less than a mile away, discover a local farmers market and natural food store. No visit to Maui is complete without enjoying the island's fresh, locally grown fruits and produce!

    Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking in vacation rentals and on your lanai (balcony). Daily or mid-stay housekeeping, including coffee and amenity refills, is NOT included. There is NO resort fee for this rental; however, on-site parking costs $10 per day, and covered parking is available. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on your departure date unless other arrangements have been made directly with the condo owners.

This place has everything you need for an amazing time in Hawaii. The owner was so helpful and does an amazing job at making you feel welcome. The view is partial ocean, but we were able to see the whales jumping from the balcony. There are plenty of places to eat and things to so within walking distance. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay. Kelly was great with details and communication. Check in was easy. The condo had beach chairs, boogie boards and several other items. The condo has a great pool too that the kids loved. Absolutely would stay here again.

Excellent Property and Location

This was the perfect place for my wife and I (or for any couple) during our quick stay in Maui to visit our niece. Kelly's property was nicely decorated, incredibly clean and well stocked for our quick stay - but wish it could have been longer. The Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom was super comfortable. Kelly's information was really helpful and I wish we could have taken time to get more of her knowledge of Maui.

Beautiful Spot

Great location close to all the fun restaurants and also close to hiking and snorkeling up by Napili. The condo has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed. Nice partial view of the ocean. Furniture comfortable, technology good. The resort has fun activities, restaurant/ bar has a great view for whale watching with talented musicians a couple of days a week. Nice pools. Liked being on the 3rd floor so the car was on the same level.

Beautiful Place with Amazing View

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views from both the living room and bedroom. Kelly made us feel very welcome and had stocked the place with everything we could need, including beach chairs and a soft cooler. She promptly answered any questions we had. The beach at the condo is not ideal, but Kahekili Beach is only a mile away. We would definitely stay at Kelly’s place again!

Would love to come back to it

The condo is large like all Kaanapali Shores, very conveniently located, Times food store is across the street , food court, including fresh fruit is right next door. But the host here was extraordinary. She left us coffee, oat milk in the fridge, snacks, cookies, and a Thank you note. She lives nearby and she offered to help with anything. Also the place is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the sofa in the living room is wide and long enough for 2 adults to stretch out on it.

Wonderful vacation experience

Super Clean is a great way to describe this unit. The owners take exceptional care of their place. Many amenities you won't find in every VRBO. They were great communicators and checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was slightly disappointing, but I wouldn't let it deter you from booking with this owner. We weren't in our room enough for it to be a detractor. I would highly recommend booking this unit.

This was our fifth trip to Maui and we have stayed in the Kaanapali area each time in a variety of condos. This is by far the most comfortable place we have stayed and we were so sad that we couldn't stay longer. It is most definitely super clean, has everything you could need to get started for longer stays and sustain you for shorter stays, and is just really homey and inviting. The large couch and the bed are both super comfortable and make for a great way to start and end your day after exploring the island (same with the lanai and the ocean view and breeze if you don't need the AC which is amazing as well). Kelly is a super host and was available for anything we needed and her communication was definitely a 10/10. Check-in, check-out, parking, pool and hotel amenities and beach access were all really easy. The pictures don't fully capture the homey comfort of this condo, which you feel immediately when you arrive. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay here was wonderful. Kelly made everything super easy for us. The apartment was super clean, AC super cold, great peakabo view of the ocean. She left a nice welcome package with snacks and some drinks in the fridge was so nice! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The closet had all the stuff needed for the beach which we used to watch the sunset. The pictures shown are accurate.The Kaanapali Shore property was surprisingly nice, had 2 nice pools, one by the ocean and another pretty big one. Lots of parking, and small shops on property. The restaurant there had good food with great french fries! and a nice bar. I overheard people talking about playing pickleball on the property too which they were happy about.When we come to Maui we usually stay in Kihei, but decided to try Kaanapali. We were happy we made the change. The vibe in Kaanapali was way different, more laid back. We were very happy with our stay here at this property and with Kelly and would stay here again. Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation to Maui, and a large part of our great experience was this condo! Kelly communicated the check in clearly and we were very impressed when we arrived to a larger than expected, well supplied, and clean room! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. There is also everything you would need for a beach day, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The location is conveniently close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. It was an immaculately clean super comfortable oasis of Island joy. Close to your parking and within walking distance of anything you could need. It also came with a closet full of beach vibes at our disposal. The resort bar and grill and other aneminities were very nice as well. Our host Kelly was super helpful answering any question we had and the had easiest checkin/checkout process you could ask for. Maui is a truly magical place and this was an awesome homebase for the best trip of our life.
