Alii 3102 features gorgeous partial views of both the blue Pacific Ocean and the lush West Maui Mountains from its 10th-floor vantage point. This spacious 1,544 sq ft residence offers plenty of room to spread out, with a bright open living area and a private lanai for enjoying the warm Maui air and surrounding views.

The primary bedroom features a California king-size bed, ocean views, a comfortable seating area, and a desk for those who need to stay connected while away. The fully enclosed den serves as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and pocket doors for added privacy. Each sleeping area has access to its own full bathroom, both featuring walk-in showers.

The fully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating, offering everything needed to prepare meals from the comfort of your residence. Enjoy meals together around the dining table, or step outside to the private lanai, where additional seating provides a relaxing place to take in the Maui surroundings.

Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, an in-residence washer and dryer, and plenty of space for up to four guests to enjoy a comfortable Kaanapali stay.
