"Really great stay, but it constantly fell just short of being exceptional. Our room was cleaned every day without us ever having to ask, which we really appreciated. It was great that the hotel had a gym, but it was almost unusable due to the lack of equipmentβ€”the heaviest weights were only 6 kg. The pool itself was nice, but the surrounding area felt very underwhelming. It was mostly bare concrete, with an unused bar and furniture taking up valuable space. It has so much potential. Opening the pool bar and adding plenty of greenery would completely transform the atmosphere. The rooftop jogging track also felt like a missed opportunity. It's just a small loop for running, whereas a rooftop bar would make much better use of such a fantastic location. Our only real frustration came on the last day. Our flight wasn't until 10 pm, so after paying extra to extend our check-out until 2 pm, we planned to return later and relax by the pool before heading to the airport. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn't use the pool after checking out. After staying four nights and paying for a late check-out, that felt unnecessarily inflexible and left us with a disappointing final impression."
