Hi Chester, Thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry that some complications arose during your stay, we have been in contact with the owner of this property so that these issues can be tended to. We are in the middle of getting these bathrooms fully renovated and recently replaced this dryer. I will ensure that our cleaners are notified of the outdoor furniture, kettle, taps and bedding to make sure that these issues of uncleanliness do not arise again. I will also discuss with the owner about having some blinds put in and the possibility of a BBQ being left at the property but hope you were aware of the lovely BBQ area in the middle of the complex that is available for guest use.
