Updated modern 1st floor condo on Carlin Park and close walk to the ocean

Completely remodeled 2 bed two bath condo that is one of the few condos in Bella Vista that has a courtyard in front instead of a large parking lot. This used to be our home so we updated it for living in it and we take pride in quality. The kitchen has high end appliances, quartz counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully stocked for everything you need for your stay. We paid particular attention to the quality of the beds and bedding material that is fit for someones personal home. Wall mounted TVs are set up in the living room and master bedroom with lots of cable channels including HBO and Showtime. The flooring is all Italian tile and the living room is set up with sofa and love seat. We have a large patio with two access points from the condo with a cushioned couch and two chairs as well as an automated Sunbrella with a wind sensor. We also have all your beach going needs with beach towels and umbrellas. The location is extremely quiet and is next to Carlin Park which has a 1.l4 mile exercise and walking track and just 5 minutes more walk with get you to the ocean. Amenities abound close to you to meet all your needs. We promise you that when you arrive you will see a sparkling clean interior which we take pride in. We look forward to your stay and as residents of Jupiter Florida we think this will be a plan you will love too. Never hesitate to contact us with any issues. We live in Jupiter and have all the contractors necessary for any issues. The home is checked constantly to insure top notch performance for everything there.

Weekend getaway

Stayed here over the weekend to attend a CrossFit competition in Carlin Park. It was perfect! Close proximity to the park meant that we could easily go back and forth due the day to eat, and rest in AC between event heats. The place is immaculate and there is also a grocery store super close as well. Would stay again for sure.We didn’t have much time to spend at the beach, but if that’s your thing it’s walkable as well.

Lovely Location

Nice condo. Very clean. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. Pool was short walk and very clean. Lots of places to eat/shop nearby. Beach is very close as well. Owner provided chairs, umbrellas and beach towels.

Quick weekend trip!

We had a lovely stay! Came to town for a broadway show - easy access to Highway and main areas but secluded and private. Close walk to the beach. House has everything you need, and the owner is lovely and easy to talk to. We will be back!

Family Trip to Jupiter

We had a wonderful stay at Charlene’s condo!!! The check-in process was easy as the owners mailed instructions prior through VRBO app. The condo is very clean and in a great location right on Carlin park. There is a playground nearby for our kids and the beach is a short drive. Highly recommend!
