Luxury 3 BR/2 BA retreat with heated private pool and hot tub close to the beach

  • Newly refurnished and redecorated house in a quiet community located on the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy the outdoor with the private heated pool and spa, hammock, ttiki hut and Bbq located on a quiet and zen backyard (mosquito controled).
    3/4 mile from the beach and Seminole golf course, located conveniently off of PGA Blvd and all the shops and restaurants.
    Our house offers 3 oversized bedrooms and 2 full bath (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins + 1 Queen inflatable bed + 2 baby cribs). Sleeps for 6 adults + 2 kids
    The living room has a sectional sofa (8/10 seats) with a wide flat screen + home theater system + ipod dock + cable tv + wireless internet.
    Laminated floor in the whole house.
    Florida room with 8 seats dining table.
    Outdoor 10 seats table and big BBQ-
    Trailer boat park and garage.
