"A night on Lake Como…what more could you ask for? The staff was friendly. The area was gorgeous. Parking right there. We had a great dinner and wonderful breakfast brought right to our room. The room was small, but with a balcony right on the lake, it didn’t matter. A wonderful, wonderful place with great people working there! "

They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative. The staff js friendly and make your stay memorable. The rooms are big and comfortable and brand new. We stayed for our honeymoon and can’t wait to come back. "Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."

"This is a precious little hotel. Everything is stellar, but we wish to acknowledge the staff in particular. Nadia, Anna, and Susanna at reception could not have been more helpful. Alfredo cheerfully hauled our luggage up and down many flights. But Andrea, the chef, was the star. Young and very talented, he is going places. His dishes were superb. Our room was interesting. The view, towards the lake, was lovely. The sink, and “periscope“ faucet dropping straight down from the ceiling, was aesthetically pleasing, but not very functional. Other than that, this hotel is perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more highly."

"Civenna was a pleasant surprise. High above the crazy busy city of Beligio, we enjoyed wonderful shops, warm, friendly people and numerous hiking trails. We ventured down to Beligio 2 times, visited Melzi Botanical Gardens and took a boat ride to Como. It was crazy busy. We were so happy to return to the quiet, high above the crowds. Thank you Luciana. We loved your place. You had all the comforts of home. "
