"I'm not one to complain but I chose this place for the amenities and everything was closed. Looked like they tried to update the room and it was done horribly. Dead ants in the bathtub. Pieces of wood from falling off. Light switches did not work. TVs are way out of date. They had led strips but only 1 out of 3 worked. Silly string on the walls that was missed during previous cleanup. Tape all over the walls from I'm assuming a previous birthday party. I wouldn't go back and I'm passive and look for the good in all things. Oh and cigarette burns in the comforter. I mean come on. Let's not forget the curly watch spring hairs stuck in the towel. Shower curtain rod was barely in the wall. It was a mess. Good luck. "

"The breakfast selections were ok. I was there for 5 days. Only had bacon one day, biscuits and gravy another day. The other three days the selections were soggy French toast sticks, unappetizing omelets, or scrambled eggs. "

"The building is currently under a renovation, whcih means no elevator access, and the front door by the check in desk would have issues opening. The stairwell and hallways reeked of pot. The room was nice, clean and fresh. We were there for a school show choir event, and know that other families with children were also staying there as well. We were not the only ones to notice the strong pot smell. "

"Wife woke up to getting bites on her. Got home and found a bedbug in our luggage. Sent pictures of bites and bedbug to hotel. They said they had a exterminator come and did not find anything. Said the pictures were not of their hotel because of countertop and paper towel the bedbug was in. Of course it wasn’t taken at hotel. It was taken at our house when we found it as well as pictures. Hotel has 0 customer service. Saying we got a bedbug from our volleyball tournament. Wow were they serious. A lot more likely to have bedbugs at hotel vs a gymnasium. Will never stay at this hotel again. Since hotel will not even try to make it right I contacted ohio attorney general to reach out to them for their service. I don’t know if expedia can step up and help somehow even though its not expedias fault. "

"You have a full kitchen in a clean room. The rooms aren't fancy it is what it is but it is clean and good enough to rest your head and I have a good party and Fairfield. We went to a Valentine's party at the receptions hall close by and it was so much fun. The restaurant Caruso's across the street is incredible. It was so much fun to party within walking distance of our hotel"
