"The room reserved was not available. We had to be split into 2 separate rooms. We were not contacted ahead of time. No breakfast except sat and sun and very poor choices. "

"It was a lovely place for a short, overnight stay. I would give it 4 stars overall if it weren't for the water quality. There is clearly a water softener to condition all of the water in the building. I understand this helps extend the life of everything the is laundered on site. However, for those of us not used to bathing in softened water, it is a huge annoyance to feel slimy after taking a shower. "
