"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

Seabreeze cottage with private pool and sunset view

"Although getting to St John was a travel nightmare, once we arrived at Seabreeze we were able to enjoy our trip. The cottage is well equipped and clean; the grounds are beautiful. One of our reasons for choosing SeaBreeze was because it has a back generator, which was needed when we lost power one evening. The gated entrance and being close, but not too close, to town were also welcomed features. Tara and James were very responsive with any questions. St. John is a delightful place, with incredible beaches and snorkeling. We loved every minute of our stay."

"A beautiful home nestled in the hills above fish bay. I felt like I was staying in a botanist’s dream, there was so much greenery on the property! Ted really takes care of this place, and the kitchen was very well appointed. We ended up eating out only one night because I was enjoying the kitchen and grill so much. The house had everything we needed to explore St. John, even a cooler and beach chairs. The outdoor bathroom was elegant and so charming. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to come back! "

"We stayed 3 nights with my sister and her husband. The layout was perfect so we all had a little privacy. The breeze was great while we were there and we only needed to use a/c a few times. The pool is tiny, we thought it was larger from the pics, but it was fine. I was beautiful at night with the pool lit in blue. We had everything we needed there and would gladly stay again. "
"Stayed in a nice, spacious three bedroom villa with my wife and three kids. Enjoyed the private pool that was included with the villa. Would recommend the Westin Ferry for transit to and from the St Thomas airport. "
"Stayed here with my brother and both our boys, for a guys trip. This place had 4 beach chairs, 4 big comfy beach towels and a cooler. That was just what we needed. The kitchen was small, but clean and organized. Each room has its own remote to set the temperature which cooled it very well. The remote was hidden behind the curtain mounted on the wall.Walk into town, be careful to look for cars. Next door has a rundown house, but the people were friendly.Found a few board games that we could play in a cabinet. TV’s in each room were great.I would absolutely stay there again, when I bring my wife back."

"We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings."

"The property was great, very clean and updated. It doesnt have a view of the water, we were only staying one night, so it didnt matter to us. If you dont care about a view of the water this 4 room condo is excellent. Its very quiet and lots of wildlife in the trees."
