This charming terraced house is close to all shops and leisure activities and offers privileged access to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of La Manche (crossing a small road). Here you can live to the rhythm of the tides.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms welcome you, one of which has a French window overlooking the archipelago of the offshore Chausey Islands and Granville. The bright and carefully decorated living room offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Outside, you have a garden and two beautifully equipped terraces that are sunny from morning to evening. Visit the nearby ancient town for shopping or stroll through the gardens of the Christian Dior Museum in Granville.

A short distance away, discover the lush and wild landscape of the Lude Valley, the high cliffs of Carolles-Champeaux and its typical Vauban huts, which offer a unique view of the bay and Mont-Saint-Michel (50 km). The vast beaches invite you to enjoy a romantic getaway or an active holiday. Take the GR223 and its small paths for pleasant walks or hikes with exceptional panoramas up to the top of Grouin-du-Sud with its surprising views.

Wunderbares Häuschen

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos (auf Französisch und Englisch). Das Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell und unkompliziert. Das Häuschen bietet alle Vorzüge, die man sich für einen gelungenen Urlaub wünscht. Sauber, großzügig, 2 Terrassen, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Wunderbarer Meerblick und am Vormittag kann man miterleben wie am Strand Pferdesport gelebt wird. Mein Highlight ist das Erleben von Sonnenauf- und untergang vom Bett aus. Wir kommen wieder!
