What a great little hidden gem. Tidy clean rooms with a great outdoor area for the kids to roam! Would love to stop back in in the warm months for a dip in yhe pool. Defiantly recommend.

Very happy customer
It was great. My very clean basic room had a fantastic view of a paddock , next to my room was another field of animals; a bull, pig, sheep and two lamas. The hotel kitchen provided an exceptional grilled barramundi and salad, perfectly cooked and presented. The best thing about the room was the absence of artificial air fresheners; instead we had a clean and well aired room .

Hi there Apologies re the wifi. We are having problems getting wifi to our rooms but definitely have it in our bar and restaurant. Unfortunately NBN have decided Jugiong doesn’t warrant the new network making 4G impossible. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

The view from the rooms was pretty. The rooms were pretty bad! Musty smell, outdated decor, visiting black & white cat, dog in another room - although it said ‘no pets’.

The bed really uncomfortable. The pillows shocking. I didn’t get any sleep as I had a dog barking non stop next door. There are frosted windows so you have light shining all night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our sincere apologies for this. We rarely get complaints about bedding. Obviously we cannot guarantee the bed is going to fully satisfy everyone though. Lights are left on until the last checkin for safety reasons and are turned off immediately after this. While we are pet friendly we definitely don’t condone barking dogs and would have happily relocated you to a more suitable room had you come to see us. Again, my apologies.

This property and it’s surroundings is unique. Well worth turning off into jugiong and this is a pet friendly motel doesn’t disappoint. Good value for money. Great courtyard, old fashioned service, food was amazing. I’ll be returning to this one.

The room was clean and tidy and the price was good. The shower was excellent and it had tea and coffee, a toaster, microwave and fridge. The down side was no cutlery or crockery only cups which didn’t make sense. Also it had a security door but we could not lock it and one window would not stay open. It did offer on site diner as well as a bar.

Perfect place to stopover on our road trip. When we arrived early evening, heating was turned on in our room, very cosy and appreciated. Great food in the bar/restaurant. Friendly staff.

The only hotel in town at the moment. A concrete/brick space with painted fibre ceilings. Lumpy concrete floor with a thin mat overlying. No proper insulation but A/C. Open window in freezing bathroom. It is suitable for a quick stop over if you want something suitable for survival and nothing else. Nice staff. About 1.5km from the interesting part of town. A quick walk to the river.

Was very disappointed, the pictures on web site obviously very old.The Inn is very old, basic and tired.It was not expensive, but am sure I could find a much better place to break the journey from Sydney to melbourne

Great place to stop over.
This motel is located off highway, clean, comfortable and quiet with delicious country cooked meals. Hospitality of the owners and locals made it warm and friendly too.

Great stop between Melbourne and Sydney
Loved Jugiong and the staff made us feel very welcome. Our meal was great pub fare and the pool great to cool down in after a hot day. The Long Pantry just down the road was perfect for breakfast before heading back to Sydney

Rude awakening
The motel was clean and tidy but what we found upsetting was the cleaners/management placing a loud stereo outside of our back door at 8am with what appeared to be the clear intention to drive us out of the room early so they could tidy the room. We won't be coming back and suggest no-one else does either.

Hi Andrew My sincere apologies for this. The stereo is normally put on after 9.00pm as the cleaners don't start rooms until after the bar is cleaned. We normally check to ensure rooms have been vacated prior to music being put on. We will ensure this does not happen again. Jen & Mark Milner

Basic Motel with pleasant, helpful staff.
Jugiong is in a very pretty valley on the Murrumbidgee River. The Motor Inn provides clean, basic accommodation that is comfortable for a night. There is a tv in the room but it is very small and located in an awkwardly placed spot, high on a wall so you have to twist and crane your neck to see it. There is no wifi or internet. The staff are very pleasant and cheerfully helpful and the room and bathroom were clean and had all the basic requirements. We stayed on a Monday night so the nearby cafe and hotel were closed. We had dinner in the motel restaurant and the food was tasty and pleasant.
