"Amazing lake views + outstanding service. The lake view from the room alone was worth every penny, absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. Front desk team gave outstanding service throughout. David was especially helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request. Drinks and breakfast at the bistro were highlights too. Griselda provided excellent, very polite and attentive service. Perfect spot for both an evening cocktail and morning coffee. Great place to stay if you are in the Santa Ana area or heading to the volcano. Highly recommended and would stay again."

"The hotel provides a truly beautiful experience. You can completely disconnect from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with nature and your partner. The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of nature, and the overall atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. For those of us with children, however, it can be a little nerve-wracking because there is virtually no cell phone signal.
