Ocean Pearl - Cozy contemporary, LUXURY, waterfront cottage. Sit on the deck and enjoy spectacular sunsets and million dollar views. Situated on the rugged southwest coast of Vancouver Island, this property called Ocean Pearl, is located in Port Renfrew perched 100 feet above the ocean, right on the waters edge.
The space
This 2BR cottage is pet friendly and sleeps up to 4, with spectacular oceanfront, marina and mountain views. The sleeping arrangement in this suite offers 1 Queen bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom.
A fully equipped kitchen including gas cooking stove, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room you will find a cozy gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV with access to Netflix (No cable) and a full bathrooms equipped with shower / bath combo.
The balcony is also equipped with a propane fire pit and gas barbeque for your enjoyment.
Guest access
There is a bright and sunny green space ideal for lawn sports such as horseshoes, botchee ball, throwing a baseball, playing frisbee, etc. There is also a tennis court (free) in the beach camp area just a 5 minute walk away.
Other things to note
There is a telescope in the main living area where you can look across the bay to the caves and with any luck, catch a glimpse of wildlife such as bears, racoons, elk, deer and birds like the bald eagle.

The property is new, clean, and comfortable. Exactly as described. The view is unbeatable! You’re very high up, no direct access to water. But you can look around the port and area surrounding. It’s absolutely stunning.

The view from the cottage lived up to all the pictures! It is well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and essentials for cooking. Checking in was easy and the place was immaculate. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday.

Perfect spot

Loved this place! It was clean and new with great design elements, and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view and firepit. Perfect for a couple of friends, and within walking distance of the Port Renfrew Pub and the excellent Coastal Kitchen Cafe. Lynda was a great host - responsive and very friendly.

Easy Getaway

Ocean Pearl had everything my adult son and the family dog needed for a weekend away to reconnect and relax. The cottage was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed to prepare for days spent exploring and cozy evenings in. Thanks for having us!

Great views

We had a lovely stay at 0cean Pearl. Amazing views even from inside the property, which came in handy on rainy days. Comfortable, well equipped and a short drive to good walks and places to eat. It is quite overlooked .. and overlooks.. the living area and terrace of the property to its left but we just dropped the blinds and kept our eyes on the scenery! on on the scene.

From ease of directions to the immaculately clean home, we had a wonderful first impression of this property. The views are incredible and the home is well appointed with everyday items were you to cook, play games, read, etc. Lynda was also very responsive when I had a question. Would love to stay at this property again.

Waterfront Oasis

Property was very clean and well equipped. Loved sitting out on the deck, overlooking the water while watching the 2 bald eagles in the trees just to the right and the seal (or sea lion) swimming in the marina channel below!!! A great way to spend the Easter weekend!!!

The place is exactly as shown. Well equipped and very comfortable with beautiful views. The owners fees where excessive and put a damper on us staying there again. Other than the high cost we loved it!

Amazing views. Relaxing space and quiet neighborhood. We had such a lovely time. Saw bald eagles and Orca from the balcony . What a treat!. Will be back again.

Wonderful!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The description says the beds are queen size, however, I think that’s more of a full size in US terms. But very comfortable. I would suggest fitted sheets on the bottom as opposed to flat, as I had to wrestle with them all night. Other than that, the property owner was very helpful.
