"We use this as an overnight stay during a long trip to Toronto. It served its purpose. It wasn’t really fancy, but the bed was comfortable and the price was right. Something woke me up about 11 o’clock and then about 630. It sounded like somebody was trying to come in the room now of course we double locked the doors at night."

"The woman at the front desk was so nice, the property is new and very Updated. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that there's not very much around it so you have to drive a bit to get to anywhere. Also made it inconvenient that the gas station next door is not open. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone"

"Our stay at the Chatham-Kent duplex, managed by Tyler, was a fantastic find. A great location steps away from King Street and the entertainment, restaurant district. The accommodations are sleek, clean and modern. Very comfortable for a couples weekend away. No complaints at all! Tyler was very responsive with instructions and on the fly email question and answer sessions. The new deck at the back door has potential. The deck and back yard has potential that is not fully realized yet. Free surface lot parking close by, just one building to the south. Be reminded that the upper floor is occupied so everyday sounds (footsteps, talking and a rush of water in the pipes when the bathroom is being used) happen. Totally not a problem with us during our stay. We are the guests, you know. I would higher my recommend this VRBO property. Tyler was awesome to work with and you can’t beat the price, accommodations and location. 10 out of 10!"
