"We got a room with a balcony and an ocean view, definitely worth it! The view was amazing! Clean rooms, lobby, and pool/ hot tub areas. Staff was very polite, especially the pool bartender. Breakfast couldve been better, but it was nice to just be able to eat there. Overall excellent!"

"Stayed here two nights. Easy access to the beach. They make made to order omelettes for breakfast among other options. The staff was very helpful and even supply bags of ice which was very convenient for our road trip."

"We love this hotel. It's in the heart of Gulf Shores, but minutes away from Police/Fire Depts. Being a Holiday Inn property (IHG), it excells in customer service. From check in to breakfast to check out, it is a gem. Our go to for Gulf Shores. "

"There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner etc in our room When we enquired about it the front desk clerk told us to bring her a list of items that we needed. They did not offer to bring them to our room."

"Our room floor was coming apart rotting in areas. The bathroom door was busted and taped on the back of the door. We had to lock the door with deadbolt bc the U sling lock was broke not there. The o line pictures was very nice but the room in person wasnt. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. The fridge and microwave were rusted out.I was greatly disappointed. "

"We had booked two rooms, both with fold out double and 2 queens. Rooms were very clean and nice, except one did not have a shower curtain. The girl at the desk was so sweet and brought one up right away, so that wasn't a big deal. The sheet set for the fold out bed were stained and were disgusting, however our second room were fine and we used those. Breakfast items were good and the staff was excellent. Perfect location if you are going to Owa."
