"Outside of one odd detail I liked everything about this hotel. The room was great. I didn't use the pool but it was inviting. There was a family there enjoying their time so I let them be haha. I use the gym very nice. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly filling. However, the one issue I had was that when I went to make the booking I had the option to choose or not choose the buffet. I chose to not get the buffet and go with the complimentary continental breakfast. However, I had booked the room for myself and for my mom. For some reason the booking only allows for one continental breakfast and there is no way to ask for a second one. Staff told me that this is an issue they've had before. I made Expedia aware of this and they satisfactorily resolved my issue. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location safety staff and overall great vibes"

"The hotel itself it's clean the morning staff Letty was friendly helpful and polite but the evening staff lady on the other hand was rude and very Curt. The room smell like mold, mildew and oder couldn't put my finger on the right word there was mold on the walls. the AC control is only one speed. You can hear everything from the rooms above to the side and below you. I couldn't get a good night's sleep the three nights I stay there because it was so loud and noisy."

"I had an amazing stay at Lithio Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable—truly the best night’s sleep I’ve had during any of my visits to Veracruz. I’ve stayed in the city before, but this experience surpassed all the others by far. I will definitely recommend Lithio Hotel to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to coming back on my next trip to Veracruz."
